of students graduating June 13, 2008.
Based on the previous three years costs for graduation, Dinner-Dance and Dry Grad, the following prices are set for each occasion:
ASDF
$50.00 for Grad:
This cost includes the rental of Cap and Gown (students keep the cap and tassel), presentation to the Valedictorian, decorations, grad gift to the school, gift to the grads (each receives a small token decided upon by the grad committee). No cost for family and friends attending the grad ceremony which takes place in our gymnasium.
$55.00 for Dinner/Dance:
This cost includes Dinner and Dance, the cost of the DJ, decorations, gratuity, napkins and table decorations. ($55.00 additional for their guest.) Parents may join their sons or daughters from 7:30pm � 8:30pm for pictures, visiting and dancing.
$20.00 for Dry Grad:
This includes all you can eat, all of the entertainment (Sumo wrestling, mechanical bull riding, hypnotist, magician, karaoke, gambling, gifts for everyone plus more). (additional $20.00 for guest)
Any student whose name appears on the Grad list will be entitled to attend the Dinner/Dance. Those in the grade 12 class may attend Dry Grad.
However, only those who complete grad requirements will be able to participate in the grad ceremonies. The grad list will be posted after the May long weekend. Students� names must be on the grad list for them to participate in the ceremonies.
Payments may be made all inclusive ($125.00: $50.00 � grad only - $55.00 Dinner/Dance only - $20.00 Dry Grad only) or separately. All Grad fees are due now so that final arrangements can be made for the caps and gowns and dinner/dance.
Students removed from the grad list will receive a full refund. EACH Graduate will receive 4 tickets for the graduation ceremonies at 9am. Additional tickets may be available at a later date.
